Role
As a Human Resources Administrator (also known as HR Manager, HR Specialist), you'll be responsible for planning and implementing policies related to all phases of human resources activity. Key duties include ensuring policy compliance, conducting new employee orientations, participating in safety committees, resolving employee relations issues, administering performance review programs, conducting training, and managing payroll.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's Degree preferred).
