Role

As an Automation Equipment Technician (also known as Maintenance Technician, Production Equipment Specialist), you'll perform troubleshooting and maintenance on automation equipment, assist in setup and preventive maintenance, and diagnose equipment-related issues. You'll also utilize a computer-based inventory system, assist in training other employees, and ensure adherence to safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications
  • HS Diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of technician experience within the Plastics industry.
  • Strong technical skills including mechanical, electrical, and PLC programming.
  • Proficiency in PLC, equipment, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment and with industrial automation equipment.
