Path Engineering

As a Production Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Team Lead, Production Coordinator), you'll oversee the daily operations of a lean manufacturing environment. Your duties will include supervising a team, ensuring a safe and clean work area, adhering to quality and environmental policies, and managing continuous improvement initiatives to meet production goals. You'll have the opportunity to work either a day shift or an afternoon shift, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required. An associates/bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering or similar preferred.
• Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication skills, people-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently with minimal supervision.
