Role
As a Process Engineer (also known as Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial Engineer), you'll lead and support engineering process improvements. You'll be the point of contact for Process Engineering to the Production department, write and modify CNC programs, design and modify tooling, and collaborate with vendors to improve safety, quality, and productivity. You'll also support new program launch activities, manage capital projects, develop engineering solutions for equipment/process failures, and assist in identifying departmental training requirements.

- Engineering Degree from an Accredited Institution, or 5+ years of Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering Experience in lieu of a Degree.
- 2-5 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, with demonstrated proficiency in CNC programming, tool and gauge design, and cold forming processes.
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and efficiently at all levels inside and outside the organization.
