Path Engineering

As a Production Supervisor (also known as Operations Team Leader, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll be a hands-on leader, overseeing all activities related to safety, quality, cost, and morale across multiple lines on a single shift. You will spend at least 80% of your time in production areas, supporting operations activities. You will also lead daily shift meetings, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
