Path Engineering

As a Night Shift Supervisor (also known as Overnight Operations Supervisor, Third Shift Manager), you'll oversee department workflow to maintain optimum productivity, document attendance, conduct reviews, manage daily workload, and ensure completion of all necessary paperwork. You'll also operate warehouse vehicles, promote safe work practices, track production and quality, and actively engage in continuous improvement efforts.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years job-related experience.
• Good working knowledge of all warehouse functions (inventory, cycle count, VMI, receiving, cubiscan, etc.).
• Ability to lift items between 25 and 75 pounds and operate at heights up to 50 feet.
• Proficiency in leadership/people management, lean manufacturing principles, six sigma experience, packaging experience, process development, and basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel.
