Path Engineering

As a Refrigeration Maintenance Specialist (also known as Industrial Refrigeration Technician, Ammonia Refrigeration Mechanic), you'll perform advanced refrigeration maintenance and repair throughout our temperature-controlled warehouse. You'll provide maintenance support, oversee contractors, and have knowledge in areas including but not limited to: mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, fabrication and welding, ammonia, and plumbing.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• 5 years Industrial Refrigeration maintenance experience, including ammonia refrigeration.
• Completion of RETA Operator 1 & 2 courses or equivalent industry recognized Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration training preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, mathematical, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including on call, and pass a physical and respiratory exam.
• Proficiency in equipment troubleshooting, facilities maintenance, and refrigeration systems.
