Assembly Cell Operator

Role

As an Assembly Cell Operator (also known as Assembly Technician, Production Assembler), you'll be responsible for assembling pumps with efficiency and excellent workmanship. Your duties will include using manual dexterity to assemble small components, adjusting testing equipment, fitting parts to close tolerances, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You'll also participate in problem-solving exercises and adhere to company safety procedures and standards.

  • Starting pay of $20.43/hr. with a $1.30/hr. shift premium for 2nd shift.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 2 years of assembly experience preferred, but strong mechanical aptitude may also be acceptable.
  • Ability to read and follow standard work, use special measuring equipment effectively, and work from blueprints, drawings, charts, specifications, and/or verbal instructions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a good understanding of assembly operation.
  • Physical ability to lift a maximum of 40 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
