Maintenance Technician

Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Specialist, Maintenance Engineer), you'll be responsible for ensuring equipment uptime through timely, in-depth troubleshooting and repair. You'll maintain and repair all production equipment in a plastic packaging production environment, work directly with Machine Operators, Supervisors, and Senior Technicians, and propose solutions to complex and recurring problems.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar maintenance environment, preferably in plastic manufacturing or food packaging.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, Associate's Degree in manufacturing technology, mechatronics, plastics engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic, and proficiency with precision measuring equipment.
