As a 3rd Shift Supervisor (also known as Night Shift Manager, Production Supervisor), you'll lead a high-performing team, manage production schedules, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial manufacturing environment. You'll be responsible for ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality standards in the production of innovative, sustainable packaging for the food and beverage industry.
