Path Engineering

As a Class A Metal Finisher (also known as Metal Grinder, Metal Polisher), you'll primarily be responsible for grinding, filing, or sanding surfaces on metal items or parts. You'll also clean equipment, finish products to the required quality level, work with various materials, inspect product surfaces for defects, and collaborate with in-house machinists, mechanics, and body shop teams.

• Competitive pay rate of $27.00+ per hour, based on proven work history.
• Short-term contract assignment with travel, lodging, mileage, and per diem expenses covered for non-local candidates.

• Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or other related fields.
• Familiarity with welding tools, procedures, and engineering blueprints.
• Proficiency in quality inspection, deburring, and excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use a variety of machines and technologies such as surface grinder, manual grinder, calipers and micrometers, ID grinder machine, OD/ID grinding machine, planer, shaper, and belt sander.
