Maintenance Associate (Technician)

Role

As a Maintenance Associate (also known as Maintenance Technician, Equipment Maintenance Specialist), you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. This includes ensuring safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of business goals and objectives.

Qualifications
  • Experience with problem-solving tools such as Six Sigma, Fishbone, KT, 8D, etc. preferred.
  • Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills.
  • PLC and robotics experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
  • Proficiency in customer service, continuous improvement, equipment troubleshooting, facilities maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, mechanical assembly, shop math skills, and basic computer skills.
  • Experience with MIG Welder, HVAC Systems, Injection Molding Machine, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), HMI, Conveyor Systems, Servo Motors, Industrial Robot, and Band Saw.
  • Physical ability to bend, twist, reach, perform repetitive arm movements, lift up to 50 lbs., stand on concrete for extended periods of time and work mandatory overtime.
