Path Engineering

As a Rail Yard Operator (also known as Railcar Coordinator, Train Movement Coordinator), you'll be in charge of coordinating train movements and switching railcars in a yard, industrial plant, or similar location. Your role will involve ensuring the safe loading and unloading of products from tankers and storage tanks, managing control valves, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety protocols.

• Ability to work in different weather conditions and flexible hours, including over-time, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and apply instructions from safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals.
• Physical fitness to perform tasks such as standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, and lifting heavy weights.
• Spanish language skills are beneficial.
