Path Engineering

As a Plant Maintenance Manager (also known as Equipment Maintenance Supervisor, Facilities Maintenance Manager), you'll lead equipment installation, start-up, and maintenance for the plant. You'll manage outside vendor relationships, provide project management for maintenance projects, and offer leadership and strategic planning for the maintenance team to achieve department goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or Technical Certificate or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years experience maintaining and repairing equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years’ experience managing a team of maintenance professionals.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CMMS software and ability to read and interpret blueprints and electric schemes.
• Familiarity with LEAN principles and techniques.
