Role

As a Senior Customer Service Representative (also known as Client Support Specialist, Customer Relations Manager), you will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs and inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. Your role will include client support, issue resolution, relationship management, client reporting, product knowledge, process improvement, documentation, training, sales support, and interdepartmental collaboration. Additionally, you will handle inventory management and private label and contract packaging.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing, customer service role. Bachelor’s degree preferred, must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Passionate about providing exceptional service and exceeding client expectations, previous experience managing high-profile clients a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions. High level of accuracy in documentation and follow-up. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
