Role

As a Customer Service Representative (also known as Customer Support Specialist, Customer Relations Associate), you'll be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients. This includes managing orders from placement through invoicing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and complete customer satisfaction. The role involves problem-solving, collaboration, and organization in a fast-paced environment.
