Role
As a CNC Machine Operator (also known as CNC Technician, CNC Machinist), you'll perform CNC machine set-up and operation, create and edit CNC programs, conduct quality operations, and collaborate with team members to meet production goals. You'll also advise supervision of issues, perform non-CNC tasks when necessary, identify set-up reduction opportunities, and use management systems to record job information.

- 5+ years of relevant CNC machine experience.
- Ability to read & understand blueprints and technical documents.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CAM Software.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing Principles, Machine Setups for Production Runs, Manual Machining Skills, and Blueprint Reading.
