1st Shift Maintenance Technician

Role
As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Mechanic), you'll support the manufacturing operations in an industrial setting. This role involves a variety of tasks, requiring a versatile individual who is eager to learn and operate safely. You'll report to the Maintenance and Engineering Manager for routine tasks, and to the Technical Director for special projects. This is an active, on-the-floor role, with all tools and materials provided.

- Knowledge of electrical systems troubleshooting and maintenance (low voltage through 480V).
- Experience with general mechanical systems (pumps, compressors, hydraulics).
- Understanding of fluid piping systems in a process environment.
- Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting, Equipment Troubleshooting, and Mechanical Troubleshooting.
- Experience in a manufacturing/packaging environment and lift truck operation preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency (Internet, word processing, PM scheduling software).
