Machinery Analyst II

As a Machinery Analyst II (also known as Predictive Maintenance Specialist, Industrial Machinery Analyst), your main responsibility will be managing multiple Predictive Maintenance (PDM) programs, on-site balancing, laser alignment, and machinery troubleshooting in diverse industrial settings. You'll also interact with customers and teams to promote service contracts and assist with problem resolution. This role requires a strong mechanical background with experience working on and around rotating equipment in an industrial setting.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the industrial mechanical field, component balancing, laser alignment, and vibration analysis.
  • Minimum 2 years of Level II or expert analysis experience, including resonance testing, phase analysis, and on-site troubleshooting and solutions.
  • Proficiency in in-depth analysis and reporting on all tested equipment using a Full Spectrum Analyzer, Vibration Analysis software (Emerson AMS a plus), Microsoft Word/Excel, and Acrobat.
