Path Engineering

As a Production Associate (also known as Manufacturing Assistant, Assembly Line Operator), you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing plant. Your responsibilities will include operating equipment and tools to cut, process, and assemble window components, using material handling equipment, and packing and labeling finished goods. You will also inspect windows and equipment, maintain a clean and well-maintained workspace, and uphold all safety standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in an assembly-line or manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read and comprehend English language.
• Ability to use hand tools such as snips or chisel.
• Must be able to use, understand, and thoroughly read a tape measure.
• Dependable and on-time with attendance.
• Flexible and willing to learn, including cross-training and developing in other areas in the plant.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Works well with others on the team.
