Path Engineering

As a Heat Treat Operator (also known as Furnace Operator or Heat Treatment Technician), you'll be responsible for monitoring and controlling the heat treatment process, interpreting computer data, adjusting temperatures, loading and unloading products, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. You'll also work closely with team members to ensure productivity levels and quality requirements are met.

• 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, climb, and reach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in machine setups for production runs, blueprint reading, mechanical troubleshooting, shop math skills, and basic computer skills.
