As a Technical Services Technician (also known as Quality Control Technician, Quality Assurance Specialist), you'll conduct detailed inspections, troubleshoot issues, and carry out repairs to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. • High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years related experience and/or training; familiarity with vehicle maintenance and diagnosis, knowledge of OE or aftermarket components is a plus.
• Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting, Microsoft Office applications, and excellent communication skills.
