Path Engineering

As a Quality Manager (also known as Quality Assurance Manager, Quality Control Manager), you'll be at the forefront of our high-precision manufacturing operations. You'll ensure ISO compliance, maintain high-quality execution of each process, and communicate with customers and vendors to clarify product requirements. You'll also lead quality initiatives for continuous improvement, manage quality assurance activities, and recommend equipment purchases to improve capability.

• High School Diploma and a minimum of 5 years of quality assurance and inspection background, or a 4 year degree in a related field of study.
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control, Risk Management, and Documentation.
• 1+ years of direct supervisory experience.
• Proficient PC skills and Microsoft software.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, preferably ISO 13485.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, communication, and technical writing skills.
