Role

As a Quality Manager (also known as Quality Assurance Manager, Quality Control Manager), you'll ensure ISO compliance and quality execution of each process in a high precision micro component environment. Your responsibilities will include customer and vendor communication, managing the Quality Management System (QMS), driving quality initiatives for continuous improvement, and leading Quality Assurance activities. You'll also evaluate project and department progress and recommend equipment purchases to maintain and improve capability.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma and a minimum of 5 years of quality assurance and inspection background, or a 4 year degree in a related field of study.
  • Knowledge of Statistical Process Control, Risk Management, Documentation, and Quality Management Systems (preferably ISO 13485).
  • 1+ years of direct supervisory experience, strong attention to detail, analytical, communication, and technical writing skills.
