Path Engineering

As a Manufacturing Supervisor (also known as Production Supervisor, Shift Supervisor), you'll be responsible for managing a team of over 20 members, ensuring safety and quality, meeting production schedules, and optimizing operational effectiveness. You'll also be involved in staff training, promoting teamwork, and implementing lean manufacturing principles.

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with ERP systems (IQMS preferred).
• Process Technician experience in the Plastics Injection Molding Industry (preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, crouching, reaching, and lifting up to 50lbs.
