CNC Programmer

Role

As a CNC Programmer (also known as CNC Operator, CNC Technician), you'll be responsible for programming, operating, and maintaining CNC machines. You'll work closely with Tool Designers and CAD/CAM teams, program cutter paths using MasterCam Software, and ensure the smooth operation of CNC machines. You'll also be involved in the development and execution of prototype samples and maintain CNC cutter inventory.

Qualifications
  • Strong working knowledge of Solidworks, Mastercam and/or Cimatron or similar CAD/CAM engineering applications (programming language and techniques).
  • Experience with Electrode Programming.
  • Minimum of three years experience setting up CNC machines for milling, or in a closely related industry.
  • Ability to adapt and interact effectively in a dynamic environment with constantly changing programs, setups, and tooling.
