Industrial Maintenance Associate

Role

As a Maintenance Associate (also known as Maintenance Technician, Equipment Maintenance Specialist), you'll perform troubleshooting and maintenance work on automation/production equipment, including Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Conveyor Systems, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Servo Motors, and more. You'll also assist in training other employees, ensure safety standards, and maintain a clean and tidy work environment.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of technician experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the plastics industry.
  • Strong skills in mechanical and electrical maintenance, VFDs, Servo motors, and PLCs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in PLC, Electrical, and Mechanical troubleshooting skills, as well as Hydraulics and PLC Programming Experience.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment and ability to use tools safely and effectively.
