Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Maintenance Specialist, Maintenance Engineer), you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing systems and equipment to ensure efficiency, performance, and reliability. You'll work with both mechanical and electrical systems, including PLC ladder logic and controls integrations, as well as traditional mechanical systems. You'll also monitor the production line for early signs of defects and plan repairs before failure occurs.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of experience in industrial maintenance.
  • Ability to pass job qualification criteria, including mechanical and electrical skills testing.
  • Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, with knowledge in welding and parts fabrication.
  • Understanding of PLC operation, logic, and troubleshooting.
  • Good communication skills and leadership abilities.
  • Physical ability to walk, stand, sit for the duration of a shift, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
