Role

As a Lead Electro Mechanical Technician (also known as Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Team Lead), you'll oversee a team of technicians and mechanics, manage the Preventative Maintenance Program, ensure safety and productivity, and handle plant start-up and shutdown procedures. This is a hands-on leadership role in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience supervising and leading a team in a maintenance or industrial field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial field or 2 years of completed technical school.
  • Experience with Plastic Thermoforming and/or Extrusion processes, as well as electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
