As a Batching Operator (also known as Production Setup Operator, Manufacturing Setup Technician), you'll be responsible for machine setups for production runs, accurate batching of materials, monitoring and adjusting equipment as needed. You'll also be expected to adhere to safety protocols and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
