As a Maintenance Supervisor (also known as Maintenance Manager, Facility Maintenance Supervisor), you'll utilize your electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair issues with industrial automation equipment. You'll also create and implement preventive maintenance plans, conduct machine safety inspections, and troubleshoot PLC systems to ensure optimal functioning of machinery and a smooth production process.
