As a Shear Supervisor (also known as Metal Stamping Supervisor, Production Coordinator), you'll oversee and coordinate the activities of shear operators, manage production schedules, ensure quality standards, and collaborate with other departments. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in continuous improvement initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in supervising and leading teams.
• Proficiency in shop math skills and ability to operate forklifts.
