Maintenance Manager - Multiple Shifts

Role

As a Maintenance Manager (also known as Equipment Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Department Head), you'll oversee the maintenance of injection molding, blow molding, and packaging equipment. You'll collaborate with the Production Manager to schedule preventative maintenance activities, manage outside contractors, and ensure customer deadlines are met. You'll also be responsible for building and leading a world-class maintenance team, enforcing safety requirements, and implementing measures to improve production methods and equipment performance.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or vocational studies. Master's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment, with at least 4 years of managing people/projects.
  • Proficiency in PLC, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting, with experience in hydraulics and a manufacturing environment.
