CNC Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift

Role

As a CNC Maintenance Technician III (also known as CNC Mechanic, CNC Service Technician), you'll be responsible for the operation and maintenance of CNC machines and mechanical equipment. Your duties will include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machining lathes, mills, motors, pneumatic tools, and production equipment. You'll also be expected to maintain clear communication with your supervisor and production team regarding equipment status.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic machines.
  • Demonstrated experience in electrical and/or electronic and mechanical maintenance including motors, controls, power supplies, AC/DC theory, power distribution, PLC's, hydraulics/pneumatics, lubrication, power transmission, pumps.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical parts manuals such as electrical and mechanical diagrams, and use precision measuring and testing instruments.
