Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Maintenance Specialist, Maintenance Engineer), you'll play a crucial role in the upkeep and repair of plastic processing machines and auxiliary equipment. Your duties will include diagnosing malfunctions, dismantling machines for troubleshooting, performing preventative maintenance, reading schematics, and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience.
  • Associate's Degree, Trade or Technical School, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience with injection molding equipment, assembly process, and auxiliary equipment.
  • Practical knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems in injection molding manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting, creating Preventive Maintenance Plans, Mechanical Troubleshooting, and Hydraulics.
