Role

As a PLC Controller and Drive Systems Specialist (also known as Control Systems Engineer, Automation Engineer), you'll research, develop, design, and integrate PLC controllers and drive systems to support manufacturing operations. You'll also build, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain programmable logic controller systems, make program modifications for efficient plant machinery operation, and design control cabinets for new or existing machinery.

Qualifications
  • Associates degree in electrical engineering preferred or trade school graduate with equivalent experience and PLC certification.
  • 3+ years of machine design and programmable logic controller system experience including advanced process controls troubleshooting ability.
  • Experience with process controls, coordination of controls, interlocking of controls, automation controls, safety standards, and relay logic.
