Role
As a Human Resources Manager - Business Partnership (also known as HR Business Partner, HR Manager), you'll manage the implementation and delivery of key HR initiatives by partnering with business leaders. You'll play a crucial role in driving the business forward from a people perspective, developing and executing better people management practices, and sharing the responsibility for the goals and target delivery.

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Human Resources, including 4 years of managing people/projects.
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, regulations, and policies.
