Productivity Specialist

As a Productivity Specialist (also known as Customer Service Representative, Aftermarket Sales Specialist), you'll develop strong customer relationships, act as a knowledge base for machine accessories, work holding, and tooling products, and analyze customer equipment and processes to recommend efficiency-boosting solutions. You'll also partner with capital equipment sales, lead projects, and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the machine tool industry and product lines.
