Quality Inspector 2

As a Quality Inspector (also known as Quality Assurance Inspector, Quality Control Inspector), you'll be responsible for final inspection and in-process audits of parts/assemblies/processes. Your role will include determining part conformity, compliance, and suitability for use, inspecting products using various measuring equipment, and managing source inspectors. You'll also be expected to read and interpret aerospace specifications, military specifications, industry specifications, and manufacturing instructions.

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with additional quality training and/or ASQ certification preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a quality inspection role within the machining industry, preferably in an aerospace environment.
  • Proficiency in GD&T, Blueprint Reading, Quality Inspection Experience, AS9100 Experience, Continuous Improvement.
  • Experience with metrology equipment, CMM operation, and Microsoft (Excel, Outlook, and Word), digital imaging, Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to perform manual lifting activities, not to exceed a 40lb lift performed by one individual.
