As a Quality Supervisor for the 2nd Shift (also known as Quality Assurance Supervisor, Quality Control Supervisor), you'll oversee and maintain the plant's quality systems to ensure compliance with regulatory, federal, and local laws. Your focus will be on identifying and achieving facility Quality KPI's through appropriate corrective/preventive actions and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll also support the QA team, participate in QA-related investigations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure adherence to all procedures, policies, and standards.

• Proven experience in technical quality or production in Food or relevant manufacturing settings.
• Education or operational/on-the-job knowledge of Food Science, Food Production, Manufacturing Quality/Operations, or other relevant environments.
