Role

As a Facilities Associate (also known as Facilities Technician, Maintenance Technician), you'll ensure the smooth functioning of the facility, manage resources and services, conduct inspections, and respond to urgent situations. This role involves planning and managing central services such as reception, security, cleaning, waste disposal, and parking. You'll also manage contractor and vendor relationships, oversee environmental health and safety, and respond to facility/equipment alarms and system failures.

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and/or hydraulics maintenance.
  • Familiarity with health and safety standards/industry codes.
  • Experience conducting facility inspections and managing vendor relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and the ability to lift 50-100 pounds.
