Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Technician, Industrial Maintenance Mechanic), you'll be responsible for ensuring equipment uptime through timely, in-depth troubleshooting and repair. You will work with a variety of production equipment, including injection molders, blow molders, fillers/cappers, labelers, case packers, conveyors, palletizers, and stretch wrappers. You will also work with facilities and auxiliary equipment, such as chillers, air compressors, Reverse Osmosis, other water filtration equipment and perform general maintenance of the plant.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar maintenance environment or field, including managing people/projects.
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.
  • Proficient skills with precision measuring equipment, such as calipers, dial indicators, bore gauges, and depth gauges.
  • Willingness to be a technical leader and trainer within a specific area of plant or machine center.
  • High School Diploma required. Associate’s Degree in manufacturing, manufacturing technology, mechatronics, industrial manufacturing, manufacturing automation or other similar manufacturing-related specialization preferred.
