Fluorescent Penetrate Inspector (FPI) - 2nd/3rd Shift

Role

As a Fluorescent Penetrate Inspector (FPI) (also known as Quality Control Inspector, Manufacturing Inspector), you'll perform various inspection operations, handle material processing, perform high visual concentration inspections, maintain quality records, and input data into databases. Your duties will also include gage setup, running airflow, waterflow and moment weigh, packing and unpacking materials, and conducting final inspections according to OP sketch requirements.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year of manufacturing inspection experience. FPI experience preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in GD&T, Blueprint Reading, Quality Inspection Experience, and Quality Control Data Analysis.
  • Experience with Calipers and Micrometers, Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), and Measurement Gauges.
  • Basic understanding of mathematical operations and use of adjustable measuring instruments.
