Path Engineering

As a Senior Controls Field Technician (also known as PLC Technician, Controls Engineer), you'll provide exceptional service to our clients, utilizing your strong technical troubleshooting skills, particularly with programmable logic control (PLC), especially Allen Bradley/Rockwell PLCs. You'll also be responsible for project management, customer relationship management, and leading communication with various stakeholders. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth completion of our projects and requires the ability to troubleshoot and edit PLC code.

• High school diploma or AS Degree with equivalent, applied experience.
• Extensive experience troubleshooting and editing PLC systems, with a proven ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in Blueprint Reading, Electrical Schematics, PLC Programming, SCADA, and Equipment Troubleshooting.
• Comfortable working in diverse environments and adaptable to high-pressure situations.
• Experience using Servo Motors, SCADA, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) (Allen Bradley), and HMI.
