Path Engineering

As a 2nd Shift Extrusion Operator (also known as Plastics Production Operator), you'll play a key role in our manufacturing process. Your duties will include operating machinery, ensuring product quality, and collaborating with team members. This is a full-time, second shift position (2:45pm – 11:00pm) from Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays as required. This role offers an excellent entry into a production career.

• Starting wage of $21.50/hr plus $2.00/hr shift differential.
• Sign-on bonus of $2,500 ($500 at 90 days; $1,000 at 6 months; $1,000 at 1 year).

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial or warehouse settings preferred.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job (including lifting up to 50 pounds, frequent overhead work, bending, squatting, stooping, and climbing stairs, as well as standing and/or walking for long periods of time).
