Path Engineering

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Repair Specialist, Maintenance Mechanic), you'll perform mid to expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance, source parts and supplies, operate multiple machining operations, and adhere to safety standards. You'll also be involved in continuous improvement activities and assist in training and developing lower level technicians.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Associates degree with a Technical focus and 3 years of related experience in general industry; or 5 years of related experience in general industry.
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems, with the ability to analyze problems and perform repairs.
• Proficiency in using basic and specialized tools.
