As a Maintenance Lead (also known as Maintenance Supervisor, Equipment Maintenance Manager), you'll be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Key duties include equipment troubleshooting, maintaining hydraulic systems, demonstrating mechanical troubleshooting skills, and servicing a range of machines from various brands.
