Path Engineering

As a Production Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Manager, Plant Supervisor), you'll ensure optimal efficiency for department resources, including safety, quality, and product safety. You'll also be responsible for planning, directing, goal setting, training, equipment management and maintenance, and communication. You'll work closely with various teams, including Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Union, to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

• Competitive salary range ($85,000 - $95,000), dependent on experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum six (6) years supervisory experience in a high-speed metal stamping environment.
• Strong mechanical/electrical knowledge, computer skills, and effective communication and people skills.
