As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Maintenance Specialist, Manufacturing Maintenance Technician), you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment during overnight hours. Your expertise in servo motors, conveyor systems, and mechanical troubleshooting will be vital in maintaining production efficiency. This role focuses on manufacturing production equipment, not facilities maintenance.

• Opportunity to work in a rotating 12-hour overnight shift (7pm-7am).
• Comprehensive 4-week training on the 1st shift.
• Collaborative work environment with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.

• 3+ years of experience as a maintenance technician within manufacturing.
• Associates Degree or Trade School Certificate preferred.
• Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, with experience in servo motors and conveyor systems.
