Role

As a Service Manager (also known as Customer Service Supervisor, Service Department Manager), you will oversee daily operations of the service department, ensure top-notch customer service, and manage a team of service technicians. Your responsibilities will include leading the service team, developing service policies, monitoring performance metrics, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications
  • Technical experience in a HVAC and/or Oil Burner role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management software.
  • Proficiency in HVAC, HVAC/R Systems, Mechanical and Electrical Troubleshooting, Equipment Troubleshooting, and Machine Safety Inspections.
