Role
As a Service Manager (also known as Customer Service Supervisor, Service Department Manager), you will oversee daily operations of the service department, ensure top-notch customer service, and manage a team of service technicians. Your responsibilities will include leading the service team, developing service policies, monitoring performance metrics, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with other departments.
