Electrical and Industrial Maintenence Technician

Role

As a Process Control Technician (also known as Control Systems Technician, Automation Technician), you'll provide crucial maintenance support, manage control systems, and collaborate with operations, maintenance, and automation engineers. Your responsibilities will include monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Control Systems DeltaV and GE Fanuc/ Allen-Bradley PLC, VFD, and communication systems, performing software maintenance, ensuring password integrity, and managing spare parts inventory. You'll also coordinate with other departments, manage vendors and contractors, and carry out emergency procedures when necessary.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in electrical and instrument maintenance.
  • Control Equipment/electrical technician apprenticeship card or Licensed electrician.
  • General computer skills - familiarity with Microsoft software tools.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, sit, grasp tools and equipment, reach with hands and arms, climb ladders, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, and balance.
  • Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision and set priorities/organize work.
